Mission Statement
The Mission of Independence Township Senior Center is to enable
older adults, ages 50+, in Independence Township and surrounding
communities to participate in services and programs that promote
wellness, independence, safety and enrichment.

Bucks for Buses Fundraiser
Sponsors and Donors Needed
The Independence Township Senior Center transports seniors and
persons with disabilities to doctor appointments, grocery stores,
pharmacies, jobs and kidney dialysis. Everyone is being pinched by
the economy, but without your support this transportation service
will suffer. We urge you to become a sponsor or to make a donation
today. Any contribution will be greatly appreciated by the people
who depend on this vital service. Bucks for Buses proceeds will go
directly to the Senior Center Transportation Fund.
